This is what “I do” looks like for the planet’s most-talked-about couple: part royal grandeur (that château!), part perfectly imperfect chaos (never trust elementary schoolers with a wedding ring) and wholly a reflection of the bride and groom’s half dozen young wedding planners: Maddox, Pax, Zahara, 9, Shilo, 8, and 6-year-old twins Knox and Vivienne. From the adorably askew cake – baked and generously frosted by Pax to Jolie’s gown and veil, designed by Atelier Versace master tailor Luigi Massi and hand-sewn with dozens of the children’s drawings, the entire affair unfolded at the intersection of A-list and Pinterest. “It was important to us that the day was relaxed and full of laughter,” Pitt, 50, and Jolie, 39, tell People. “It was such a special day to share with our children and a very happy time for our family.”

Of course, there was never any doubt that the “simple, personal” festivities would center on the couple’s six-pack of distinctive personalities. “It’s going to be Disney or paintball
one or the other!” Jolie told People in May of her kids’ “verging on hysterical” ideas for the wedding. More than two years in the making ever since Pitt proposed to Jolie, at their children’s urging, in spring 2012  the celebration offered each child the opportunity to play his or her unique part. “The children chose their roles and their clothes,” says Jolie.

For Maddox and Pax that meant walking down the aisle with Mom
and lending a tie to Dad, who forgot to pack his own. Flower girls Zahara, in a dress designed by family friend Adama Kebe, and Viv, in a dress from her closet, opted to throw petals gathered from the family’s 1,200-acre estate. As for ring bearers Knox and Shiloh, the day called for whimsical hats of their choosing and yes, a briefly dropped wedding band, prompting giggles from the guests, a group that included Pitt’s parents, Bill and Jane, his brother and sister Doug and Julie, and Jolie’s brother James Haven, designer Massi and jeweler Robert Procop. PLAYED 2,224,533 TIMES

Scientists discover most relaxing tune ever

Sound therapists and Manchester band Marconi Union compiled the song. Scientists played it to 40 women and found it to be more effective at helping them relax than songs by Enya, Mozart and Coldplay.

Weightless works by using specific rhythms, tones, frequencies and intervals to relax the listener. A continuous rhythm of 60 BPM causes the brainwaves and heart rate to synchronise with the rhythm: a process known as ‘entrainment’. Low underlying bass tones relax the listener and a low whooshing sound with a trance-like quality takes the listener into an even deeper state of calm.

Dr David Lewis, one of the UK’s leading stress specialists said: “‘Weightless’ induced the greatest relaxation – higher than any of the other music tested. Brain imaging studies have shown that music works at a very deep level within the brain, stimulating not only those regions responsible for processing sound but also ones associated with emotions.”

The study - commissioned by bubble bath and shower gel firm Radox Spa - found the song was even more relaxing than a massage, walk or cup of tea. So relaxing is the tune, apparently, that people are being Rex advised against listening to it while driving.

The top 10 most relaxing tunes were: 1. Marconi Union - Weightless 2. Airstream - Electra 3. DJ Shah - Mellomaniac (Chill Out Mix) 4. Enya - Watermark 5. Coldplay - Strawberry Swing 6. Barcelona - Please Don’t Go 7. All Saints - Pure Shores 8. AdelevSomeone Like You 9. Mozart - Canzonetta Sull’aria 10. Cafe Del Mar - We Can Fly

my muscles stopped functioning

I was so relieved this wasn’t a trick. Very soothing.

THIS IS IT, GUYS. This is the song I listen to when I’m feel a panic attack coming on or can’t sleep because of my anxiety. It has helped me more times than I can say.

We went to Baguio as our first trip and these were on the morning drive there. It’s no argument that the best way to see a new place is to drive in at dawn.
